Privacy

This notice explains what Billion Products (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) collects through this website, why, and for how long, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.

Your account

If you create an account we keep your email address, and whatever you add: name, mobile number, company or school, GSTIN, delivery addresses and wishlist. If you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and an account ID from Google, never your password. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted after use.

Orders

For each order we keep the items, prices, delivery address, payment records and a history of its progress, so we can deliver it, handle returns and support you. Tax invoices and credit notes must be kept for at least 6 years under GST law (CGST Act, section 36), so we keep those even if you delete your account.

Emails

We email you about your orders (confirmation, dispatch, delivery, invoices, returns) unless you switch order emails off in your profile. We send offers only if you switch on “Offers & news”. Emails are delivered through an email service that processes them on our behalf.

Enquiries without an account

When you send an enquiry or a WhatsApp/email order without an account, we save the details you enter so our team can reply. Saved enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Cookies and visit counts

We set one cookie only when you sign in, to keep you signed in (30 days, removed when you sign out). We count page visits to improve the website without tracking cookies or stored IP addresses: visits are counted with a code that changes every day and is deleted after two days. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details any time in My account, and delete your account there (Profile → Delete my account). For a copy of your data, any other request or a complaint, email enquiry@billionproducts.in. We reply within 7 days.
